The loan amount invested from the partnership development fund in Tulsipur sub-metropolitan city has not been recovered for a long time.

Around 2065, the fund was transferred to the then municipality. Before this, it was operated under the name of Village-Nagar Partnership Fund, but after it was transferred to the municipality, it was named Partnership Development. From the amount of that fund, even though the loan has been invested since 2065, it has not been raised.
