Kathmandu – Sometimes Corona, sometimes due to lack of time, even though the plan for a mountain flight was not created. But over time, last week, I had the opportunity to see the mountains from a mountain flight. This opportunity was found in the flight brought back to operation by Buddha Air after Corona.

Listening to the mountain flight, reading and looking at the pictures, I was present this time. I arrived at the airport on Saturday, December 10, for the flight at 6:30 in the morning, breaking the winter. Too foreign for a mountain flight. Most of them are Indian citizens. Everyone seemed curious. And, me too. Mount Everest comes to mind as soon as it is called Mountain. Who is not happy to see ‘Top of the World’ up close?

From the cockpit, the pilot said, “We will fly at 21,000 feet at a speed of 400 km per hour, enjoy your flight.” Then our one-hour mountain trek began. When the mountains of Kathmandu began to appear through the black dust. Aha! Really that moment. It cannot be forgotten.

The journey continued from the west through Dhaulagiri, Sisa Pamma and other mountains and Dorje Lakpa seen from the valley. For the first time, I was looking closely at the snow-capped mountains. My heart was pounding. In the meanwhile, I was wondering when Everest will be seen.

After a journey of about half an hour, the highest peak, Mount Everest, began to appear. I was watching Everest up close for the second time. When Mount Everest began to appear, the other passengers on the ship also looked happy. Looking at Mt. Everest, it seemed as if you had forgotten the other mountains.n the east, including Mount Everest, Makalu and Nupsel.

In an hour’s mountain flight, we saw Dhaulagiri, Sisa Pamma on the west and about 20 mountains.
